This home is made for Good Times, Good Food, Good Friends, Happy Families getting together. Opening the sliders off the dining room includes the deck area as part of a wonderful atmosphere for socializing. Imagine a lovely evening around the firepit, with the BBQ sizzling and people relaxing in the Jacuzzi with a glass of something wonderful, the stars twinkling overhead and the smell of pine trees. Multilevel allows for private areas; 1 bedroom with a second TV, VCR, DVD player for the people who don’t want to watch what the people in the living room are watching. The master bed/bath is located at the top of 3 zig zagging stairways; complete with its own cozy, corner fireplace. The master bath has a walk in closet, shower/tub with a door between the sink/vanity and the shower/toilet area. Two of the bedrooms (each with queen beds) are 3 steps above the living room area and share a full bath in the connecting hallway. This bath also allows for privacy with a pocket door dividing the shower/toilet area from the sink/vanity. The loft above the living room (2 futon couches with a bookcase full of novels and magazines) has ceiling to wall windows facing west and south for great views of the ocean and pretty neighborhood. Off the kitchen and down 4 steps is the laundry room with plenty of room to take off those clothes full of sand from a day at the beach. The fourth bedroom and bath is located off the laundry room; 2 twin beds, a walk in closet, a full bath with stall shower. You can walk or bike to Russian Gulch State Park, go to the day use area and follow trails around the headlands or BBQ at the picnic area with a gorgeous view of blue/green ocean. Point Cabrillo Lighthouse is 1 mile down Point Cabrillo Dr. from the house and a little further down the road is Caspar Beach. You are 2 minutes north of Mendocino Village and just on the other side of the village is Big River State Beach; a large, white sand beach with lots of room to stay all day and fire rings for a cook out at night with the ocean crashing nearby.
