Seashine is a luxury ocean front home. Glass from ceiling to floor on 2 sides of the home eliminates any obstacle to soaking in the beauty and splendor of the ocean in every sensory receptacle you possess. The open floor plan allows the optimum enjoyment of family and friends whether cooking, eating or in the living area while maintaining privacy in the bed / bath areas.

One bedroom has a loft bed with a player piano. The second has a flotation bed with a small library. The upstairs master bedroom has 2 sinks in the bathroom and a tub shower, all with a view of Hare Creek Bay. All Bedrooms have whitewater views. The house is heated with radiant floor heating and a free standing fireplace for ambiance in the living area.

For your entertainment there is cable TV, VCR and stereo CD player with tuner. The spa seats 6 comfortable and there is a cement BBQ'ing area. This is a house you will always want to come 'home' to.

Additional charges:
 - Cleaning fee $110 and up depending on number of guests

 - Spa Service fee $35

 - Non-Refundable Security Fee  $45

 - 11% of rent bed tax

 - Guest may opt to pay Refundable Deposit of $400 instead of the $45 Non-Refundable Security Fee. Guest MUST notify staff.
