  •  May 1 - September 15th is PEAK SEASON requiring a 3 night minimum stay
     
  •  A 4-night minimum is required on the following holidays:
    Christmas
    New Years
    Thanksgiving
    Labor Day
    Memorial Day
    Independence Day (4th of July)
     
  •  Limited Cell Service at our homes
     
  •  No long Distance at our homes. Calling cards for long distance strongly recommended
     
  •  Vacation Rental company reserves all rights
